With several new guys joining our group recently I often wonder where they are from. I could have a Mini-max builder a few miles away from me and I may never know it. Why don't we introduce ourselves and state where we are from and what stage of planning/building or flying we are at. Include what ever info you are comfortable with. I'll start.
Dick Rake from near Tyler, Texas. 903-852-2109. rrake@cox.net. Have a plans built Mini-max with a Hirth 2704.

Lynn Winter - Uniontown, MO which is about 1 1/2 Hr south of St Louis, MO.

I'm scratch building a 1100R with 1030 wings and the light tail. Power will be a 277 Rotax.

I'm a snappy dresser, a good dancer and all of the ladies think I'm hot!

That last sentence is all a lie

In the process of buying a Mini Max/Hi Max.  From what I can tell, it cost less to buy the finished product than to build.

You don't need to know anything about flying inorder to pilot a plane.  You do need to know something about flying fly inorder to pilot a plane twice!
