I was reading a Tony Bingelis book about drilling fittings and spars. It seems to be the opposite from the instructions for Minimax and what I would do. It seems to me, I have to drill the fittings first, then position the holes that go into the fuselage and below the wing. I can then position the fittings and use the pre-drilled holes as guides to drill into the spar. Does that sound correct? I think Tony was writing as if the hole locations in the spar were pre-defined and the fittings get drilled afterwards.
