Hi all. Does anybody know the length of throw on the elevator cable. I'm building a wide Airbike and the fuse is 12" longer than the single Airbike but shorter than a Tandem so I'll have to order a cable. I think the throw is the same as the Minimax. Thanks Bill

I do not know the cable travel/throw. If it helps, yes, it is the same cable the minimax uses.
Complete WAG FWIW ~3 inches?

The Minimax or Himax should have at least 30° up and 15° down elevator.  So the total travel is at least 45° or about 0.8 radian. If the horn is 1.625" and the base of the horn is 0.625" from the hinge point, then 0.8 radian is 1.8 inches. That's a reasonable approximation of the minimum travel needed.

I must make less than you, I didn't understand any of that. 3" sounds close. I built a single place and a tandem but I never measured the travel itself only the degrees of the surface. Thanks
