I'm assuming this includes ultralights.  I think "ultralight" means something different in 'Ol Blighty, and they are regulated there,  unlike our Part 103 here.

What a bummer. Just what is the risk if you go to your hangar alone, no one is there, you gas up, go fly, land, and put the plane back in the hangar, then go home???? That is less risk than going to the grocery store!
