Hey Phil
It has been a long road, but you made it. Now comes the fun, :>) I remember when you started. You built a large model of your plane. Looked like about 6 foot wing span. You have done a great job on the real thing. You, skyblazer and me i think we all started about the same time. 2003-2004? Be careful, be safe and have fun, you earned it bud.

Your efforts have been heroic and I wish all the best in your flying endeavors. Do not forget the ping pong balls.

Very good, I really like the scalloped paint.  Be careful if your using the cement, high speed tail up taxis might run into an excursion until you get used to it (don't ask how I know), the grass is much more forgiving.

Our community airport has no hangar. I pulled out my bird 3 days passed due to typhoon.
It's 1.5 mile to our home. Definitely. I 'll be flying my baby weather permit.

Thank you, Aeronut. I'll keep you posted with this ongoing endeavor especially on maiden with good pictures I hoped. Wished me luck. God willing I will be glad and happy flying this gift.

Best regards,

Hi Bob
We had pretty good condition this time. I hate to say our local airport authority insisted written document from national office for  runway access authorisation. Hence, operating my aircraft as non-certified.
Hoping I would have that paper soon.

Thank goodness you weathered the storm. You live in such a beautiful country it is a shame that it has extreme weather on occasion. Dealing with all of the government regulation must be very aggravating. You could almost fly from some of the areas that I have seen you fly your model from. Do they have any private air strips in your country?

No way on private airstrip, its too far on an island. With standard airport I could enjoy short hopped of 30 to 80 mile distances on different directions. But on this moment of pandemic only local flight permitted for leisure flying due to different health protocol on some places.
Our rc model airstrip is only 150ft in lenght and cannot be extended due to its location.
