First time to order items from LEAF - Leading Edge Airfoil vendor but very disappointed. Been sending follow-up messages if they shipped goods but without single response. Its unfair.
You are shipping to the Philippines. I imagine a delay is more than likely for that but 6 weeks seems like a bit much. Have you tried calling them on the phone or sending them a Facebook message? Did they give you a tracking number?
