Hey guys how much travel do you have on your flex cables for the aileron controls? Also what length are the cables and diameter? I know Team sells them but they are a dime a dozen online for 25 bucks and they look just like the ones at Team and (over 100 bucks each  from team) .And this plane has broke my piggy bank ...Thanks. J

You might want to think about making a pushrod system for the elevator. It is not that difficult, and both lower cost & safer than a cheap push-pull cable.

I meant I used pushrod for elevator and cabled the rudder, and will use teleflex push pull cables for ailerons.

I downloaded this information from this or the old site Long ago.I dont understand it but may be of some useto you.

Wescon controls Part# 3203bb5-048b  aieleron. (i think this one looks  a bit thin)
Part no 4602bb5-123b  Elevator
The stress analysis report for the 1100 says the aieleron push rod is rated at 80 pounds compression/100llb tension. You can look it up from the wescon website.
I hope it is lower in cost.
