Is the spar web for the airbike 45 degree like bigger a planes or was it designed with 90 degree plywood? I cut my own RS53602 from 1/16” 90 degree birch from spruce...

It's been 20 years since I built my wings, but I think 90 degrees is what I had.

In 90 degree plywood the grain of the face ply is running parallel to the long axis of the sheet .
To orient this sheet at 90 degrees to the long axis of the spar it has to be oriented vertical.
  I dont see anything of this sort on the drawings.It seems to be oriented at 0 degrees to the long axis.

Seems logical, I wasn’t sure if the 45 degrees was the inner core. I’ll keep building!
