On my himax plans it shows two holes for the bolt heads of the aileron brackets, I went ahead and drilled a third hole for the bolt head of the hinge bolt because thats what I saw other builders do. It looks like you would need fourth hole for the bolt head that attaches the aileron actuator. Hope that makes sense, I drew on my plans so maybe you can understand what I'm talking about.
