There should be step by step building instructions with the plans. Sheets 1, 2, & 3 are entirely instructions. If you have those, you probably should just work back and forth between them and the rest of the plans and identify any area you don't understand. If there is any step in the process you don't understand, I'm absolutely sure there are plenty of folks here who can clarify it.
