What is the best way to bend RS-100 stock to make the brake torque arms using simple manual tools, without weakening the material?  I am probably using 2024-T3 aluminium instead of 2024-T4.  The drawing attached shows the part I need to make.

If it were me, I'd bend it cold, fer sure do not want to heat it!
Its only 3/16 thick, clamp it between two pieces wood in a vice and beat it with a hammer(with a block of wood against part to protect it). I would also cut it so the grain runs lengthwise.
